If I could give minus stars I would get -100 .... unfriendly and overwhelmed !! we are told that one has not paid at the first window, yes, if there is nobody there, that is also bad ... and then a citizen is missing for € 5.99, nobody can be reached by phone😠😠😠, receipts are also not with me .... Not great. Before Covid it was super the food was always hot and fresh. Not sure what's happened but now the burgers are often cold (not the right temperature) and the fries tasted like they had been reheated on two occasions. The care and attention to detail seems to have gone. Mc Donald's in Germany has also greatly increased in price. The drink selection is still good and better than the UK.

I think it's a cheek that you don't get a drinking straw in the local when I eat there and almost choke on the ice cubes. THEN LET THE ICE AWAY !!

Ordered cheese wedges, burgers and a happy meal by drive today. No cheese corners and this is not the first time. Don't talk so much casually but concentrate. That is zero service and no customer satisfaction. Personnel must be trained.

Just bad. The service at the McDrive was mostly unfriendly and things were forgotten to pack with almost every order.

The food was delicious as always, but the cardboard drinking straws, that doesn't work! E.g. the milkshake tastes like cardboard 🥴

Waited forever for a coffee and it didn't come

It doesn't get any more unfriendly. No trace of helpfulness. Ice? Rather liquid soup - no plan of additional flavors to the coffee and then it is served lukewarm. Guaranteed never again!,

This store is within by far the worst of all. The staff is chronically rude. In addition, 9 of 10 orders are erroneous. If you ask if the table can be wiped down, the reaction is sometimes annoyed. Friendly and knowledgeable is something else!

Clean modern Mc Donalds. The waitresses are friendly and work quickly. Everything went smoothly in contrast to the other reviews recommendable!

Neat and above all modern McDonalds which also offers enough entertainment for the little ones. From time to time I would like it to be a bit tidier, but I suspect this is more the fault of the messy guests, as cleaning is very often done

The innovations simply overwhelm everyone. It has already improved that it is definitely faster compared to before, a huge difference. We have always had to practice cleanliness and more attention should also be paid to the toilets. The cafe also tastes different, but maybe it was just crap before and I'm used to it and no longer appreciate the real bean. The huge table signs are typically always exaggerated for Zeitu standards, I've seen them in miniature elsewhere, but the advantage is not overlooked. As always an experience.
